How Wholesale Ordering Works

Beauty Ninja Wholesale supplies Japanese skincare and haircare to retailers, salons and clinics.

Wholesale access

Contact us with your business name, business registration number and store or salon details to request a wholesale account. Once your account is approved and connected to a company, sign in to browse your wholesale catalogue and place an order.

Pricing

Wholesale prices are shown in AUD. Shipping is charged separately, and the total, including any applicable taxes, is shown before payment.

Minimum order value

The minimum for every wholesale order is A$750 in products after discounts, including GST and excluding shipping. You can mix products and brands to reach this amount.

Minimum quantities

Every product variant is ordered in multiples of 6 units: 6, 12, 18, 24 and so on. You can mix products and brands in one order.

Dispatch

Wholesale orders are packed and shipped from Tokyo, Japan, usually within 5 business days. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking when your order ships.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with Japan Post EMS. Shipping is calculated by package weight. For large or multi-box orders, contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. See Shipping from Japan.
