Wholesale FAQ
Who can order?
We supply retailers, salons, spas and clinics. To request a wholesale account, contact us with your business name, business registration number, website or salon details. Approved customers sign in with the email linked to their business account.
Why can I not see products?
The wholesale catalogue is available to approved business accounts. Please sign in to your company account. If you have not received access yet, send us a wholesale enquiry.
What currency are prices in?
Wholesale prices are in AUD. Shipping is charged separately, and the order total, including any applicable taxes, is shown before payment.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum for every wholesale order is A$750 in products after discounts, including GST and excluding shipping. You can mix products and brands to reach this amount.
What is the minimum quantity?
Every product variant is ordered in multiples of 6 units: 6, 12, 18, 24 and so on. You can mix products and brands in one order.
Can I mix brands?
Yes. You can mix products and brands in one order, as long as each variant is ordered in multiples of 6.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Orders are packed in Tokyo and usually dispatched within 5 business days. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
How is shipping charged?
Orders ship from Tokyo with Japan Post EMS. Shipping is based on package weight and shown before payment. Contact us for a quote for large or multi-box orders. See Shipping from Japan.
Can I sell on marketplaces?
You may sell through your own retail channels. For third-party marketplaces or sales outside your own country, contact us first so we can confirm the applicable brand and territory requirements.
