Wholesale access

This store supplies approved business customers. Provide accurate company, contact and delivery details when applying for an account or placing an order. Wholesale catalogue access requires approval and sign-in using the email linked to your company account.

Prices and minimum orders

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST as displayed. Shipping is charged separately. The minimum product subtotal is AUD 750, excluding shipping. The default minimum quantity is 6 units per product variant; any product-specific quantity requirements shown in the catalogue also apply. The prices and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to your order.

Payment and order enquiries

Pay using an available checkout payment method. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly with the order number. We will confirm whether the requested change can be made before dispatch. Contacting us does not by itself confirm a cancellation.

Dispatch

Orders are packed in Tokyo, Japan, and usually dispatched within 5 business days. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date. If we cannot supply a paid item, we will contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative that you approve.

Shipping

Japan Post EMS shipping charges are shown before payment. Online rates cover packages up to 15 kg. Contact us for a quote before ordering heavier or multi-box shipments. Processing time is separate from transit time. Customs processing and local delivery can affect transit estimates. See our Shipping policy.

Returns and order problems

We do not accept returns solely for a change of mind. For incorrect, damaged, missing or faulty products, contact us with the order number and details of the issue. See our Refund policy for assessment and return arrangements.

We handle personal information according to our Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
