Shipping policy

Wholesale orders are packed in Tokyo, Japan, and shipped with Japan Post EMS.

Dispatch

Orders are packed in Tokyo and usually dispatched within 5 business days. If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order ships.

Shipping charges

Shipping is charged separately from product prices. The checkout rate is based on package weight, and your shipping amount is shown before payment. Where an order ships in more than one package, the package rates may be added together.

Large orders

Online shipping rates currently cover packages up to 15 kg. For heavier or multi-box orders, please request a shipping quote by email before placing your order.

Delivery

Any transit estimate starts after dispatch and may be affected by customs processing and local delivery. For a time-sensitive order, contact us before ordering.

No shipping option at checkout?

If your order is heavier than 15 kg or needs more than one box, email anna.dandy@dandyexports.com with the products, quantities and delivery postcode. We will confirm the shipping arrangement and quote before you pay. Do not change to an incorrect delivery address to obtain a shipping rate.
